Production Documentation ReleaseThe merchandiser finalizes the BOM and production documents and submits them to the production supervisor for scheduling.7. Pre-production ApprovalThe sales or project team confirms pre-production samples and critical details such as structure, color, craftsmanship, and packaging.8. Mass Production & Material CoordinationProduction begins according to schedule, including processing, assembly, coating, functional testing, and packaging preparation.9. Production Progress MonitoringMerchandisers track progress throughout the production cycle and provide real-time updates.10. Quality Inspection & Shipment PreparationFinished products undergo quality inspection. Once approved, packaging and shipment arrangements are prepared according to the agreed delivery schedule.
