Order & Plan ReviewFinance and project management teams review the order details, costs, and delivery schedule to ensure production feasibility.5. They may select a standard design from our catalog or provide drawings, sketches, or reference samples for customization. Any special functional requirements, material preferences, or educational concepts should also be communicated at this stage.2. Requirement Verification & Project File CreationOur sales team reviews all product requirements and creates a sampling project file in the order tracking system, documenting key details such as design, materials, functions, and educational objectives.3. Sample Production ArrangementThe project file is assigned to the sampling supervisor, and the sample is typically completed within approximately 12 days. The process includes:Material preparation (wood, hardware/electronic components, eco-friendly coatings)Structural processing (cutting, sanding, assembly)Functional assembly (movable parts, interactive modules)Surface finishing (painting, printing, hot stamping, laser engraving, etc.)Dimensional and safety inspections4. Sample Quality Inspection & HandoverAfter completion, the sampling supervisor transfers the sample to the merchandiser for photography, quality inspection, and functional testing.5. Documentation & Shipment to CustomerAfter inspection, the sample information is archived by the sales team and the sample is packaged and shipped to the customer for approval or marketing photography.

Wire Transfer (T/T): For regular orders, a 30% deposit is required for production, and the remaining 70% is due upon presentation of a copy of the bill of lading (or paid in full before shipment).Letter of Credit (L/C): For large orders, we accept letters of credit at sight, provided the terms are clear and issued by an internationally renowned bank.Online Payment: For samples or small orders, PayPal or bank transfer is supported.

Sea Freight: Suitable for large orders, with the best cost. We cooperate with multiple first-tier freight forwarders and can provide door-to-door service. Both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) are available, with a typical delivery time of 25-40 days (depending on the port of destination).Rail Freight: Suitable for large orders and urgent orders, with a delivery time of 15-25 days (depending on the port of destination).Air Freight: Suitable for small to medium-sized orders or urgent orders, with a delivery time of 5-7 working days.
