1. Confirm the Mass Production Plan
Customers may either proceed directly to production without sampling or start mass production based on an approved sample. Product structure, materials, functions, and safety standards (such as EN71 and ASTM F963) are confirmed before moving forward.
2. Submit the Production Order
After confirmation, the customer places a production order, and the sales team enters the contract and product details into the order management system.
3. Production Information Entry
The merchandiser records product specifications, manufacturing requirements, packaging details, and delivery schedules in the system.
4. Order & Plan Review
Finance and project management teams review the order details, costs, and delivery schedule to ensure production feasibility.
5. Material Procurement
The purchasing department sources raw materials, including wood, eco-friendly coatings, hardware/electronic components, and packaging materials.
6. Production Documentation Release
The merchandiser finalizes the BOM and production documents and submits them to the production supervisor for scheduling.
7. Pre-production Approval
The sales or project team confirms pre-production samples and critical details such as structure, color, craftsmanship, and packaging.
8. Mass Production & Material Coordination
Production begins according to schedule, including processing, assembly, coating, functional testing, and packaging preparation.
9. Production Progress Monitoring
Merchandisers track progress throughout the production cycle and provide real-time updates.
10. Quality Inspection & Shipment Preparation
Finished products undergo quality inspection. Once approved, packaging and shipment arrangements are prepared according to the agreed delivery schedule.
