End-to-End Quality Control System

We have established three key quality inspection stages covering the entire production process to ensure consistent product quality:

• Incoming Quality Control (IQC): All incoming raw materials undergo strict inspection, including wood moisture content, surface defects, insect holes, cracks, and other potential issues. Any materials that fail to meet our requirements are rejected.
• In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Semi-finished products are inspected throughout the production process. Regular inspections help identify and correct issues promptly, preventing defective products from moving to the next production stage.
• Final Quality Control (FQC): Every finished product undergoes 100% inspection before packaging and shipment to ensure it meets our quality requirements.

Eco-Friendly Water-Based Paint — Reducing Chemical Risks at the Source

We use non-toxic, eco-friendly water-based paints instead of traditional solvent-based paints, offering several key advantages:

• 100% Physical Inspection: Every product undergoes both manual inspection and machine-assisted testing to help ensure there are no burrs, sharp corners, or sharp edges.
• Multi-Step Hand Sanding: Every wooden toy goes through multiple fine-sanding processes to create a smooth, rounded surface with a comfortable feel, helping prevent scratches to children’s delicate skin.
• Structural Strength Testing: Assembly toys undergo repeated pull and torque testing to ensure components do not easily come loose, helping reduce the risk of small parts becoming detached and accidentally swallowed.

Third-Party Testing Support

To further support product compliance, Kidmerry can arrange independent testing through internationally recognized testing organizations, including SGS, TÜV, Intertek, and Bureau Veritas (BV), based on customer requirements. We can provide testing reports to help demonstrate compliance with the applicable market-entry requirements of the target market.
