Kidmerry follows a structured end-to-end bulk production process to ensure every order is properly reviewed, prepared, manufactured, inspected, and shipped on schedule. From production planning and raw material procurement to final quality inspection and shipment, each stage is managed by the relevant teams and tracked throughout the process.
Order & Production Planning
- Production Plan Confirmation: Confirm the product specifications, order quantity, target delivery date, and overall production plan.
- Bulk Order Requirements: Submit and confirm all bulk order requirements, including product specifications, artwork, packaging, and other customization details.
- Order Entry: Enter the confirmed order information into our internal management system for production coordination and tracking.
- Cost & Schedule Review: Our finance and project teams review the production cost, order requirements, and delivery schedule before production begins.
Material & Production Preparation
- Raw Material Procurement: Arrange the procurement of required materials, including wood, coatings, hardware, packaging materials, and other components.
- BOM & Production Documents: Confirm and release the Bill of Materials (BOM), production specifications, drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for manufacturing.
- Pre-Production Approval: Confirm key details such as product structure, colors, surface finishing, artwork, and packaging before mass production.
Mass Production & Quality Control
- Mass Production: Begin formal production, including wood processing, CNC machining, sanding, assembly, painting/coating, and product testing according to the approved specifications and production documents.
- Production Tracking: Monitor production progress in real time to keep the project on schedule and identify potential issues early.
Final Inspection & Shipment
- Final QC & Shipment: Complete final quality inspection before shipment. Once the order passes inspection and the remaining balance is settled, we arrange packaging, loading, and shipment according to the agreed delivery plan.
