Kidmerry follows a structured sampling process to turn your product concept into a production-ready sample. Whether you select an existing style from our product catalog or provide your own design, our sales, design, engineering, and production teams work together to verify requirements, develop the sample, and prepare it for customer approval.
Step 1: Confirm Sample Design
Customers can select an existing style from our product catalog or provide drawings, sketches, tech packs, or physical reference samples for customization.
At this stage, customers should also communicate any special requirements, including specific functions, materials, colors, dimensions, packaging, or educational features.
Step 2: Verify Requirements & Create Sample File
Our sales team reviews and confirms the product requirements with the customer, including specifications, materials, functions, artwork, and other customization details.
Once the requirements are confirmed, a dedicated sample project file is created in our order tracking system for internal coordination and progress management.
Step 3: Sample Development
Sample production typically takes about 12 days, depending on product complexity and customization requirements.
The process may include:
- Material preparation
- Structural processing and CNC machining
- Functional assembly
- Sanding and surface finishing
- Product testing and safety checks
For more complex projects, the timeline may be adjusted based on the specific development requirements.
Step 4: Quality Inspection & Sample Handover
Once the sample is completed, our quality team conducts an inspection to verify key aspects such as dimensions, structure, appearance, assembly, functionality, and finishing quality against the approved requirements.
Step 5: Documentation & Sample Shipment
After internal inspection, the relevant sample information and documentation are completed. The finished sample is then securely packaged and shipped to the customer for review, testing, and final approval before mass production.
