What is the sampling process?

Step 1: Confirm sample design. The client selects standard styles from the catalog or provides drawings, sketches, or reference samples for customization. Special functions, materials, or educational requirements should be communicated. Step 2: Requirement verification and file creation. The sales team verifies requirements and creates a sample file in the order tracking system. Step 3: Sample production within about 12 days, including material preparation, structural processing, functional assembly, surface finishing, and safety testing. Step 4: Quality inspection and handover. Step 5: Documentation and sample shipment to the client for confirmation.
