Kidmerry takes the confidentiality of customer designs, product concepts, technical drawings, and intellectual property seriously. We use both contractual and internal access-control measures to protect customer information throughout the development and production process.
IP & Confidentiality Agreements
Before starting a customized project, Kidmerry can enter into intellectual property and confidentiality agreements with customers to clearly define the protection and use of project-related information.
Customer-provided drawings, samples, specifications, and other proprietary materials are handled as confidential project information.
Controlled Access to Design Files
Internally, customer design drawings and technical documents are managed with restricted access.
Only designated personnel involved in the relevant project can access the necessary files and information. This helps limit unnecessary exposure of customer designs across different teams and departments.
Project Information Protection
Core project materials, including original designs, product drawings, specifications, and development files, are managed within the project team and are accessible only to authorized personnel based on their responsibilities.
This layered approach helps protect customer IP and maintain confidentiality from product development and sampling through mass production.
