Kidmerry uses a three-stage quality control system—IQC, IPQC, and OQC—to maintain consistent quality throughout large-volume production. Each stage is designed to identify potential issues early and ensure that finished products meet the approved specifications.

IQC — Incoming Quality Control

Before production begins, incoming raw materials and components are inspected for quality and consistency.

For wooden toys, key checks may include wood moisture content, dimensions, surface defects, cracks, and material condition. Coatings, hardware, and packaging materials are also checked against the relevant requirements.

Only qualified materials are released for production.

IPQC — In-Process Quality Control

During production, our quality team conducts inspections at key manufacturing stages, including CNC processing, sanding, painting, assembly, and functional testing.

Production samples are compared with approved specifications and samples to identify issues such as:

  • Color or coating variation
  • Dimensional deviations
  • Structural defects
  • Assembly problems
  • Surface finishing issues

Any identified issue can be addressed before it affects subsequent production.

OQC — Outgoing Quality Control

Before shipment, finished products undergo final quality inspection to verify appearance, structure, functionality, packaging, labeling, and other applicable requirements.

For applicable orders, inspections follow agreed AQL standards, helping ensure that the final shipment meets the customer's approved quality requirements.

Consistency from First Piece to Final Shipment

For large-volume orders, the approved sample or golden sample serves as an important production reference. Key specifications are controlled throughout the manufacturing process to maintain consistency across the entire batch.
