Do you provide samples? What are the sample fees and delivery time?

Yes. Kidmerry provides samples for existing products, modified designs, and fully customized OEM/ODM projects. Sampling allows customers to evaluate the product's structure, materials, appearance, functionality, and packaging before moving into mass production.

Sample Fees

Sample fees typically range from USD 50–500 per sample, depending on the product's design complexity, materials, development requirements, and manufacturing processes.

The sample fee may include material, labor, and prototype development costs.

For eligible projects, the sample fee can be fully refunded when the subsequent production order reaches the agreed quantity. Specific refund terms will be confirmed before sampling.

Sample Lead Time

The sampling lead time depends on the type and complexity of the project:

  • Existing Style / Modified Sample: 7–10 business days
  • Custom Sample Based on Customer Drawings: 15–20 business days

Projects involving new structures, special materials, tooling, or additional testing may require additional development time. The final sample schedule will be confirmed after the project requirements are reviewed.

Sample Shipping

Sample shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Kidmerry can arrange international express shipping through carriers such as DHL and FedEx, or customers can use their preferred courier or freight forwarder.

International delivery time varies depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. We will confirm the estimated shipping time and freight cost based on the specific destination before shipment.

For urgent samples, we can also help coordinate an express shipping solution based on the customer's required delivery schedule.

From Sample Approval to Mass Production

Once the sample is received and approved, Kidmerry proceeds with production preparation, BOM confirmation, manufacturing documentation, and quality requirements according to the approved specifications.

This allows customers to verify the product before committing to a larger OEM or ODM production order.
